For products purchased through the E-Boutique, without discounts, a return request can be made by sending an email to info@pauletofficial.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, indicating the name, order number and, if possible, a brief description of the reason for the return .

For returns within mainland Spain , we will arrange the collection transport as agreed with the customer. Withdrawal entails a refund of the amount paid, excluding the return shipping cost (€5). It is essential that returned products retain the security seal . They must not have been used, washed, or damaged. They must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. The refund will be issued once we have verified the condition of the product through the payment method used. The refund will be issued as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 14 days.

For purchases made outside the Peninsula , the customer must arrange their own shipping company. It is their responsibility to ensure that the item arrives within 14 calendar days of notification of the right of withdrawal, and that it is in perfect condition. The company will not be responsible for the order until it returns to our facilities. Therefore, we recommend that the item be sent via certified shipping and that proof of shipment be retained. The cost of this shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once received in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of the returned item.
